Our Vacation in paradise at Windsor Island Villa! This 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom spacious villa features a game room, entertainment loft, three custom-built kids rooms, and private screened-in pool and spillover spa!
Located in Orlando's newest vacation home community, Windsor Island Resort, you will be located only a few short miles from Orlando's finest and most visited attractions.

Step inside Windsor Island Villa and be greeted by modern, coastal furnishings and decor that flood throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to create the tastiest meals on your vacation. Look over to your right and you'll notice a welcoming dining room space with 4 single chairs and a bench for additional seating. Breakfast bar seating is also available for 5 guests. The living room is perfect for lounging after a fun day at the parks with comfy, spacious seating and a SMART TV to watch your favorite movies and TV shows on.

Indulge yourself in the beautiful outdoors and spend your time in the Florida sun on your private screened-in pool deck. The patio comes with pristine furnishings, including a dining table with room for four guests. Have a relaxing, well-deserved day splashing in the pool or taking a dip in the spillover-spa. Catch some rays on one of the sun loungers or a comfy three seater sofa at your leisure. (Additional charges apply for pool heat.) Enjoy your Private Oasis with No Rear Neighbors, Privacy Bushes & Shades.

Head back indoors where you can find the fun-filled games room with plenty of games for all to enjoy; like Sonic Allstars Basketball arcade, dual Fast & Furious Racers, skee-ball and even air hockey. The arcade is the perfect place to spend quality time together and get competitive! For the adults of the group, head upstairs were you can drift away to Margaritaville in the entertainment loft. The loft features a pool table, SMART T.V, an even a mini bar- vacation mode is definitely on here!

When it's time to wind down after a day full of fun, choose from one of the seven spacious and well appointed bedrooms. One master suite occupies the first floor while the remaining six rooms are on the second floor. The little ones will have a blast trying to decide which room they'd like to catch some z's in. They have the option of a mermaid-inspired twin/twin bunkbed room, a Beauty and the Beast twin/twin bunk room, and even a Mario themed twin/twin bunk room! Two additional master suites and a twin/full bunk bed room are also located on the second floor.

This gated vacation community offers a zero-entry resort pool with lazy river, dual water slides, and kids splash pad, plus a poolside bar. The stunning clubhouse also has a fitness center, arcade and Louie’s Snack Shack. Enjoy endless outdoor fun with mini golf, basketball, pickleball courts, sand volleyball— everything your family needs for a perfect resort-style stay near Orlando’s top attractions.

To finalize your booking, please complete our Point of Contact Form within 3 days of booking.

This form collects the required guest information for your stay and authorizes the $300 security deposit hold. The deposit hold will be released 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations.

Failure to complete the Point of Contact Form within the required time may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.

Parking & Vehicle Policy
The HOA strictly limits parking to 3 vehicles per property.
All vehicles must be registered in advance, including driver name and license plate number.
Unauthorized or excess vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
